What is National Geographic Ultimate Explorer?National Geographic Ultimate Explorer is a Family Entertainment Center that offers visitors amazing interactive experiences that simulate the world around them, from the depths of the ocean to the outermost space. The center aims to inspire children from 5 -14 years old and their families to explore through edutainment activities that include innovative and modern games such as virtual reality and 3D technologies that stimulate exploration of the world, forests, deserts, frozen polar regions, deep oceans, and outer space, in addition to interaction with living creatures. All of this to explore more knowledge while playing. What is the age range for children at National Geographic Ultimate Explorer? Attractions are accessible to children aged 5 to 14. Adults can also access many of the attractions. Some attractions have restrictions. Younger children aged 3 to 4 years have specific attractions to explore. Can parties be held in National Geographic Ultimate Explorer?Yes, we have 3 dedicated party rooms with different themes like jungle, deep sea or extinct dinosaur theme with different packages to choose from, a wide range of menu and special add on services. Can school groups visit National Geographic Ultimate Explorer? The center offers a comprehensive platform for all students. The facility and all attractions are specially designed, approved and certified to meet with industry standards ensuring that the facility is safe to use for school trips. Can Teachers/adults leave National Geographic Ultimate Explorer and come back? Teachers/adults are required to always accompany and supervise their children during the visit specially if having kids under the age of 8 years. What type of activities can children engage in National Geographic Ultimate Explorer? Children can participate in many activities that fall under several categories of movement and art, cultural and scientific, environment and technology, wildlife and sports. How many activities can a child complete in each visit? The visit to National Geographic Ultimate Explorer starts from 1 hour up to full day. The duration of each activity is approximately 10 -20 minutes; therefore, on anaverage, a child can complete between 3-5 activities per visit. Can teachers/adults enter and participate in the attraction(s)? Once inside National Geographic Ultimate Explorer, teachers/adults are equal participants as the kids. Some attractions are not accessible to adults. Please read the rules & regulations signage placed in front of each attraction. Can we take pictures and videos? Photo and video taking are welcome, except when guests are on the attractions. You can take pictures and videos, but please don’t take pictures while on an experience. Photography or videography by professional company is forbidden in the center. How are attraction queues managed? Attraction queues are self-managed in front of each attraction. The operator-in-charge of the attraction will guide the children accordingly. Teachers or adults cannot queue up on behalf of children. Are the attractions accessible to guests using wheelchairs?Most attractions are accessible to guests using wheelchairs. Please read the rules and regulations signage placed in front of each attraction. How are Missions helpful?Missions drive accomplishment to achieve a reward like badges upon completion. Missions are allocated according to the age and level of difficulty of each explorer. Is there a food court inside National Geographic Ultimate Explorer?Yes, there is a food court called Wilde Bistro with a variety of menu items to choose from. Explorers can purchase from different food & beverage kiosks that offer pizzas, burgers, snacks, ice cream, beverage, etc. What is the location of National Geographic Ultimate Explorer Kuwait?3rd Floor, Assima Mall, Kuwait City. It is located opposite to a food court. First aid kits are available in locations inside the center on the ground and mezzanine floors. Where can I buy tickets?You can purchase tickets at the ticketing counters of National Geographic Ultimate Explorer or by booking online through our website. What are the payment methods?Cash, credit card, debit card are acceptable. Can I buy tickets on the day of my visit?Yes. Can I get a refund after purchasing a ticket?All tickets are non-refundable valid for one year from the date of purchase. Are there any age restrictions of the attractions?Some of the attractions have minimum age requirements. Children below 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the center.
