What makes the National Geographic Ultimate Explorer so special?

National Geographic Ultimate Explorer is the world’s greatest training ground for explorers. Our centers are designed to inspire children to become the next generation of scientists, engineers, astronauts, biologists, oceanographers, thinkers – Ultimate Explorers! With a blend augmented reality, virtual reality and 3D technology, National Geographic Ultimate Explorer offers children ages 5 to 12 a fully immersive play-based learning experience, based on the rich heritage of National Geographic.

Where can I buy tickets?

You can purchase tickets on-site, online and at the Virgin Megastore.

What methods of payment are accepted?

You can pay with cash, credit card or debit card.

Can I buy tickets on the day of my visit?

Yes, but please note that we may have limited same day availability at the box office.

Can I get a refund after purchasing a ticket?

Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable.

Can I re-enter after leaving the National Geographic Explorer?

No, you cannot re-enter the center after exiting.

Are there any age, height or weight restrictions for the experiences?

Who can enjoy free tickets?

Explorers below 70cm are free of charge and will not be able to access both the VR rides

Is it convenient for people with disabilities/wheelchairs to visit?

National Geographic Ultimate Explorer is fully accessible to wheelchair users but please note that there may be restrictions to some of the experiences. Please contact customer service on XXX for further information.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

You cannot bring your own food and drink with the exception of items required for specific dietary needs.

Can I buy food and drinks at National Geographic Ultimate Explorer?

Yes, you will find a selection of hot and cold snacks to feed hungry explorers, as well as a selection of hot and cold beverages.

What if I don’t feel well?

Do you have a venue for a birthday party or family gathering?

We have party rooms for young explorers celebrating their birthday, and offer a range of party services. The private function rooms are also available for other bookings. Please contact XXXXXXXX for more information.

Can I take photos or videos?

You can take pictures and videos, but please don’t take pictures while on an experience. It is forbidden to use professional cameras and drones for photography. If you have any questions, please call XXXX.

Can I bring a pet in?

Pets are not allowed at National Geographic Ultimate Explorer, with the exception of guide dogs for the visually impaired.

Can I smoke?

National Geographic Ultimate Explorer operates a strict no-smoking policy.
